Joe was such a gem, both in person and on the phone! I stayed in a room that was really spacious. The bathroom had a modern look and was well-equipped. The location puts you right in the heart of everything for the beachfront and town center, and parking was easy right outside with a permit from Joe.
The room I had was a bit on the smaller side, especially since I had my two dogs with me! I didn't care for the pillows provided in the room. They just weren't very comfortable.

an excellent stay near the seafront
seafront location pleasant owner peaceful guesthouse
The location is excellent near the sea front and various shops. the owner was very pleasant and contacted me to confirm my arrival time, that was helpful. the guesthouse was peaceful. I had restful sleep in my clean room. it was nicely decorated and had good space.
The room was a little small. I had two dogs with me. this presented a slight challenge, but was manageable.

The guesthouse features coat hooks in the small hallway. This added privacy. there is parking available outside, i got a permit from the owner. the hotel is conveniently close to the beach.

The twin room had a comfy bed and nice bedding. the bathroom was spacious. It was very clean. i had a little hallway of my own coming off the landing.

The owner phoned me to check my arrival time. he ensured someone was there to greet me. i felt welcomed. This personal touch was very beneficial. it made my arrival smooth.

A pub is situated only two minutes away. It is quite convenient. although i didn't visit the pub, i noted its proximity. there are also restaurants and shops in close reach.

great location friendly owner games room no heating uncomfortable bed no temperature control
the location was amazing! the owner was super friendly and helpful. he even set up the games room for my two sons, which they loved. the room and foyer looked great!
the room was okay but there was no heating on in the evening or the next morning, a bummer. the bed was alright, but not super comfortable. i just wish i could have controlled the temperature a bit better!

The room was fantastic and very clean! it smelled so fresh! i liked the little extras in the room. joe was really friendly and helpful. He met me right at the hotel. the beds were comfortable too. i'd recommend it to anyone!

helpful staff parking permit clean room
i appreciated the helpfulness when i arrived. a car parking permit was available, allowing me to park nearby. the room felt comfortable and was quite clean.
